a visit to this centre enable me to see how a 3D hand carving is done, and the price is really expensive but its worth the effort, nine month to complete and its done on single piece of teak. a WOW from me... (i actually feel made at the driver after he drive us here.. am not into craft but after seeing this am elated and extremely excited)
khao sarn road is a major tourist area in bangkok, where all the budget tourist stay, its very happening and the crowd are just krazy. You may check it
here. i decided to stay here after recomended by fren and used it as my base to tour bangkok and its outskirt. the food is good and the accomodation is great at its price. however, ny advise is, better take meter taxi instead of TUK - TUK as, TUK-TUK pricecan be very exspensive for short distance, and to those knows bangkok, u shud know well about its congestion right...
